Firecrackers Rico Signing Day 2021

The day our nine seniors have been waiting for has finally arrived. Wednesday, November 10, 2021 is National Signing Day, where each senior will sign a National Letter of Intent (NLI) to play softball for their respective universities. We are so proud of the accomplishments of our seniors, both on and off the field and wish them nothing but success in their future college homes. Class of 2022 this is your day. Congratulations!

Kennedy Bunker, C/1B (Fresno State University)

I chose Fresno State because of the home atmosphere it gave me and how the community is involved in all aspects of the school, along with the coaching staff who treat the players like family and pride themselves on lifting women up.”

Emily Jones, SS/3B (Stanford University)

I wanted to attend Stanford University because it allows me to get the best education while being able to play softball at the highest level. It is the best of both worlds and it is everything I wanted for in my college experience.”

Micaela Kastor, P (University of Notre Dame)

I chose Notre Dame for the amazing community of people on and off the campus, as well as for the extensive academic opportunities and connections at hand. I am looking forward to competing with an elite group of girls and learning from outstanding coaches. Go Irish!”

Zoe King, C/1B (North Dakota State University)

I chose NDSU because I felt a great connection with the coaches and campus when I visited the school. I loved how the current players were so welcoming and positive with me and my family. Also, they have a competitive program and a winning culture that I can’t wait to be a part of next year. Go Bison!”

Skylar Limon, 3B/OF (The Ohio State University)
